Five questions we now have after watching the 13 Reasons Why season 4 trailer

13 Reasons Why is coming to an end after four seasons. If you thought the fourth season was just going to wrap up the story, you’ll be mistaken. The 13 Reasons Why season 4 trailer makes it clear that we’ll get more highs and (mostly) lows for our favorite Liberty High students.

If you thought framing Monty was wrong despite everything bad he’d already done, you’re not alone. There’s someone in the series who wants to bring the truth to light. And this guy is going to make sure the football players are on his side.

Meanwhile, the students involved in framing Monty will need to work hard to keep their secrets. They’re spiraling, some more than others.

Here are the big five questions we have after watching the 13 Reasons Why season 4 trailer.

Can the gang work together to keep the secret?

There’s a big problem with the secret. All it takes is one of the group to completely spiral and spill the beans. Right now, it looks like that will be Clay, but some of the others have a lot more to lose. Alex is the one that has the most to lose, despite his dad secretly getting rid of all the evidence.

The whole group is spiraling throughout the episode. Clay the most, but we can see that they’re all having nightmares. Can they remain together or will they be torn apart?

Will Clay admit all to his therapist?

It’s always great to see Gary Sinise on the screen and it looks like he’s playing a therapist on 13 Reasons Why season 4. He wants Clay to share his secrets. There are some benefits to having a therapist. Confessions are protected by doctor-patient confidentiality unless the police can get a subpoena for it. Will Clay tell the truth?

Will Winston find evidence against the group?

Winston has enrolled at Liberty High and it’s for one reason only. He wants the truth to come out. Winston doesn’t know what Monty actually did, but he does know that Monty didn’t kill Bryce. So he’s going to try everything he can to get the evidence and prove that it was one of the group that killed Bryce.

To do that, Winston needs the football players on his side. Of course, that means they will have to go up against their captain. Will it be enough to make everyone crack?

Who does the blood belong to?

There’s a clip where it looks like the group has killed someone. It looks like Clay’s hands are covered in blood. Now, this could be a dream that connects to Clay over what looks like Monty’s dead body with the football players surrounding him. However, it could also be the group killing a student to keep their secrets.

Who does the blood belong to? Will they end up being arrested?

What has Tyler got himself into?

Finally, we have to focus on that clip of Tyler passing a brown bag to a pizza delivery guy. What exactly is this about? The obvious would be drugs or guns, but is Tyler into something else? Did he arrange for Monty to be killed in jail? Is he paying someone to help bury other secrets?

Devin Druid gave an exceptional performance on the third season. I’m excited to see what he brings to the table on 13 Reasons Why season 4.
