The Knight Before Christmas will be on Netflix at the end of this month to get us ready for Christmas. The trailer has now been released and it’s magical.

November is here and that means many are counting down the weeks to Christmas. Some of you will already have your decorations up, so you’ll want a feel-good Christmas movie to go with it, right? The Knight Before Christmas is going to be the perfect offering for Netflix subscribers.

While you’ve had a small tease of what to expect, Netflix has now released the trailer for the Christmas movie. We get to see how this medieval knight will land at the feet (well, wheels) of a high school science teacher. Of course, she doesn’t believe time travel is real and thinks he’s actually lost his memory, but I’m sure she’ll figure it out eventually.

Vanessa Hudgens has certainly found her niche in Christmas movies. And what’s not to love about them? They leave you with a positive vibe, ready for the magic of Christmas. Plus, this is going to be a movie to check out with the whole family. I know I have two daughters excited to see a knight in shining armor find himself transported to another time where he can fall in love with a brilliant science teacher.

Sure, I want my daughters to grow up loving who they are as people and not feel like they need a man, but I also want them to find love. And The Knight Before Christmas looks to show us a healthy romantic comedy based on the trailer—this isn’t about a woman looking for love, but one so disillusioned by love that she doesn’t think it will ever be for her. It will take a medieval knight to prove otherwise.

Plus, it’s got two worlds colliding together. As an Outlander fan, I’m all down for that.
