25 best shows on Netflix to watch before they return with new seasons this fall

25. Charmed

Charmed is amongst one of the many reboots heading back to our television screens today. The original run was from 1998-2006 on what was then known as the WB and was created by Aaron Spelling’s production company. The series was revived in 2018 and was renewed for another season by the CW because fans love themselves a reboot of a classic.

This fantasy drama series follows three sisters who learn that they are a group of powerful, but good witches known as “The Charmed Ones”. Their mission in life is to protect their town of Hilltowne, Michigan from supernatural forces looking to destroy it. You know, the classic CW show that we can never get enough of.

Each sister has their own power but together they are stronger which is what makes for some quality and exciting television. Who doesn’t love sibling sisters kicking ass as witches? Clearly, enough people to bring upon a season 2 renewal!

Of course, the love wasn’t always there when the series first was announced and fans and some previous cast members alike voiced their disregard for the series’ return. But now that all is said and done, we are looking ahead to a brand-new season that will premiere on Friday, Oct. 11. And while you are waiting to watch the new season, be sure to head to Netflix to rewatch the entire first season (it’s only 22 episodes!). Just 22, no big deal, right?
