If you’re in the mood for something light and entertaining, this may not be it. I Think You Should Leave With Tim Robinson is a sketch comedy series with some of the most out-there, strange and bizarre ideas in quite a while. But all the same, if you give it a chance and it makes you laugh, I Think You Should Leave With Tim Robinson will become an amazing summer watch.

Some of the sketches are plain weird, like a lukewarm gift acceptance gone wrong to a man taking a honking sticker too literally; but there’s some, like suitable nacho sharing over a date and a “Baby of the Year” contest growing in anger, that are pitch perfect. Both kinds end up hilarious, making it constantly unpredictable what you’ll be facing next.

A lot of the humor is situational and about what someone does when confronted with awkwardness or ridiculousness, and Robinson is the perfect through line to all of the sketches. He can easily play the straight man in any of these sketches, but where would the fun be in that?

Tim Robinson plays some completely insane characters, but always makes them fun and riveting. One of the best sketches does come in him playing the straight man, on a plane ride to his honeymoon, and a face from the past comes for revenge. It’s so strange, but so much fun to watch.

It also features some incredible cameos, including Andy Samberg, Will Forte, Tim Heidecker, Cecily Strong, Fred Willard, Vanessa Bayer and Sam Richardson.

I Think You Should Leave With Tim Robinson has been renewed for a second season and will hopefully be just as insane.
