iZombie season 5 on Netflix in August 2019

Can you believe we’re coming to the end of iZombie? The fifth and final season has a finale date and it means we know iZombie season 5 on Netflix in August 2019.

The CW is setting finale dates for many of its midseason shows. One of those is the series finale of iZombie. By knowing the date, we know that iZombie season 5 will be on Netflix in August 2019.

iZombie‘s series finale will air on Aug. 1. Since it will work within the parameters of the current Netflix/CW deal, the show will arrive on Netflix on Aug. 9, 2019. This is just a day after the arrival of Jane the Virgin‘s final season.

This season has seen Seattle get used to the new world order. Zombie and human relations are definitely not going well and some people close to Major and Liv aren’t getting out alive. The finale will deliver an end, which will hopefully include a cure for all of zombie-kind to save humanity.

Once the zom-rom-com’s fifth season is on Netflix, fans will get to relive the full season. You’ll get to binge in full, seeing how the full storyline plays out. One of the best elements of this is that you can also pick and choose if you just want to watch your favorite episodes.

When The CW renewed iZombie in May 2018, it offered a final season order. This is something that the network has been doing with many of its bigger and longer-running shows, including The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Fans also know that Arrow and Supernatural are coming to an end during the 2019-2020 season.

As well as finale dates, The CW announced the premieres of summer shows. The show to follow iZombie will be Two Sentence Horror Stories, with a double episode airing on Aug. 8.
