Like I said at the very start, there is something for everyone coming out on Netflix in May, and Inspector Gadget season 3 is the perfect example of a Netflix original that is something for everyone. Because it, quite literally, is a show for everyone.

The modern animated retelling of the bumbling detective with many robotic gadgets has been around since 2015, and it’s a series that has caught the attention of fans from different generations.

If you grew up watching the original animated series in the 80s and 90s, you are going to be taking a trip down memory lane when watching Inspector Gadget, while those who have never seen the series are getting it introduced to them for the very first time. A perfect Netflix original for mom or dad to introduce a TV series to their mini humans that they used to watch as a kid.

If you are a huge fan of the earlier series, you will be pleased pretty much everything is the same. Inspector Gadget is still an idiot. Penny is a still a badass and the brains of the operation and Brian the dog is still there are well. The only difference is the upgrade in the animation used.
