You know what they say: All good things must come to an end. And that’s been especially true in regards to Netflix. Perhaps you’ve noticed the streaming giant has been dropping the ax on quite a few of its original series, including all of its Marvel series, One Day at a Time, and Fuller House. The latter returns for its final season later this year, much like anthology dramedy Easy. After three seasons of relatable relationship stories, the series’ third and final run is one of May’s best bets.

From creator Joe Swanberg, Easy follows a diverse group of characters living in Chicago and dealing with the everyday struggles of love, sex, culture, and career amid the modern hustle. Each season features new and returning characters, with each episode serving as its own story in an interconnected but self-contained narrative. The third season, which like the first two has eight episodes, will follow this format and introduced a few fresh but familiar faces.

Easy premiered back in September 2016, with the second season following in December the following year. While it wasn’t the massive mainstream hit as many other Netflix original series, Easy found its storytelling niches and has even amassed a strong critical backing as evidenced by its 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The final season should easily maintain the momentum, even more so with TV favorite Sophia Bush on board. Be sure to check out the final season of Easy when it begins streaming on May 10.
