A Christmas Prince 3 coming to Netflix this holiday season

Can’t wait for the third A Christmas Prince movie? A Christmas Prince 3 is officially happening and it will be on Netflix in the holiday season.

As reported yesterday, A Christmas Prince 3 is officially happening. Amber and Richard have some exciting news to share with the kingdom, but there’s also going to be an ancient curse to deal with. However, the events of the movie aren’t as important as knowing when we’ll get to watch it.

During the announcement about the movie, Netflix shared that it will come “this holiday season.” Considering the title involves “Christmas,” you can guess that it will come towards the end of the year, likely close to, well, Christmas.

However, the holiday season can start towards the end of November. The first two movies dropped on Nov. 17 and Nov. 30 respectively. The announcement for the third movie has happened sooner than the sequel, which was announced in May 2018 to coincide with the watching of the real Royal Wedding in the UK. This could suggest a date earlier than the last day of November but Netflix may want to hold off for December when it actually feels like it’s the holiday season.

We can expect the exact date to be released closer to the time. We found out about A Christmas Prince 2‘s date in October 2018, so expect something similar for the third movie.

All we know about the movie so far is that Amber and Richard will have their own prince. Yes, the “Christmas Prince” part of the title has finally come full circle, since Richard is now a king and not a prince! My big question is whether Amber will blog about her pregnancy. After all, I don’t want her to give up on her own interests but this could be something her mother-in-law and the palace, in general, won’t want her blogging about.
