If you missed Beyoncé's Christmas Day greatness then Netflix has a gift for you

Thankfully, it's not too late.

You were busy on Christmas Day, right? There is no blame to be passed around for you missing the stellar performance by Beyoncé at halftime of the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens game that was streamed by Netflix. The game was a complete dud (the Ravens won 37-2), but Queen Bey made up for it.

In fact, inside of simply being a musical performance at a football game, it was more like a football game broke out during a Beyoncé concert. In less than 15 minutes, she managed to have friends sing songs with her, ride in on a white horse, showcase about six million white Stetsons, and do things only Beyoncé can do.

If you missed the show, do not worry. Netflix is bringing it back as a standalone for you to view. (To be fair, the decision to have the performance be a show unto itself was an easy one. No one wants to sit through the dreg that was Texans versus Ravens just to get to halftime, even if one can hit the fast-forward button.)

If you missed the Beyoncé Bowl, you aren't too late to see it

What you need to do is go to Netflix (as if you aren't already using the streaming service as you read this article) and type in "Beyoncé Bowl," and a 13-minute episode will appear that will make your day better. Heck, even if you were a Texans fan at the game and hated what you saw from your favorite team then you might want to watch the halftime performance again.

Unless you were at the concession stand at the half and that is your fault. Let's assume you were. Here is what you missed.

For the first time since her 2024 album, Cowboy Carter, was released, Queen Bey played songs from the record live. This is likely going to set up a long tour, the dates of which could drop on January 14. That is just a guess. The songs performed included "16 Carriages," "Blackbird," Ameriican Requiem," "Ya Ya," "Spaghetti/Riverdance," "Levii's Jeans," "Jolene," and "Texas Hold 'Em."

As far as the musical guests, Queen Bey had Post Malone, Shaboozey, Reyna Roberts, Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, and Beyoncé's daughter, Blue Ivy. The Queen also somehow fit a tribute to country culture in as well. All of this in slightly less than 13 minutes. How did she do it? You will just have to have to tune into Netflix and see.
