Virgin River stars Alexandra Breckenridge and Zibby Allen announce podcast I Like You Very Much

While you wait for Virgin River season 6 to make its premiere in 2025, fans will have a new project from two beloved cast members to feast their eyes — well, ears — on. Alexandra Breckenridge and Zibby Allen announced on April 22 that they will be launching their new joint podcast I Like You Very Much later this summer.

Breckenridge and Allen, who play Mel and Brie respectively on Virgin River, haven't elaborated on what to expect from the podcast or what they will be talking about. But the pair are as close of friends off-screen as they are on-screen, so we can anticipate some humorous and personal chats between the very talented actresses.

Virgin River stars announce new podcast

While we might not know everything about I Like You Very Much just yet, we do already know one Virgin River alum who will be making a guest appearance to chat with Zibby and Alex, as they're credited on the podcast's poster. Richard Keith, an executive producer and writer of the series, reshared their post on his Instagram stories and revealed himself as a guest.

"So excited and honored to be a guest on this delightful podcast hosted by @virginriverseries stars @alexandrabreck and @zibbyloo," Keith wrote alongside the original post. Both of them, in turn, also reshared Keith's post to their own Instagram story. Don't you just love to see them keeping it in the Virgin River family? It makes you wonder who else might drop by the podcast.

A number of their costars jumped into the comments of the announcement post to shower their friends with praise, including Kai Bradbury (Denny), Jenny Cooper (Joey), and Elise Gatien (Lark). Beyond their cast members supporting them in the comments, their fans also reacted to the news with overwhelming excitement. One of the very relatable top comments says, "I don't even know what you are [gonna] talk about, but I'm listening." Same!
