Get ready to turn your brain off with these trashy new and returning Netflix reality shows in 2024

Netflix has proved itself to be one of the main streaming homes for reality TV, and in 2024, we can expect the return of many popular Netflix reality shows as well as new ones being released.

And that's not all! As we've seen throughout 2023, the streaming giant has also been licensing a lot of reality shows. This will also be happening in 2024.

Overall, there's so much to look forward to next year when it comes to Netflix reality shows. Here's a list of some of the new and returning reality series coming to Netflix in 2024.

Returning reality shows on Netflix

Love is Blind season 6

One of Netflix's most popular reality shows is slated to return with its sixth season on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2024. This season, the cast hails from Charlotte, North Carolina and will all be trying to find a match and fall in love. Nick and Vanessa Lachey are back to co-host. Additionally, a Love is Blind season 7 is also in the works.

Love on the Spectrum US season 2

Love on the Spectrum US season 2 is scheduled to land on Netflix on Jan. 19, 2024, so mark your calendar! The heartfelt reality series sees a new batch of romantic hopefuls on the autism spectrum navigating the dating scene while looking for love. Some of the season 1 cast also returns like James, Abbey, Dani, Steve, and David.

Queer Eye season 8

Set in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Fab 5 are back and ready to transform people's lives by giving them lifestyle and fashion makeovers in Queer Eye season 8! The eighth season is scheduled to arrive on Netflix on Jan. 24, 2024. Unfortunately, this will be Fab 5 member Bobby Berk's last season. A ninth season set in Las Vegas is currently in the works.

The Circle season 6

The hit social experiment and competition show will be back soon! The Circle season 6 will be coming out in spring 2024. The sixth season was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, and once again, we'll be seeing a bunch of players competing against each other to secure the title of top influencer and the hefty grand prize of $100,000. A seventh season has also been confirmed.

New Netflix reality shows

The Trust: A Game of Greed

Based on what this show is about, The Trust: A Game of Greed might just become everyone's new reality show obsession. The eight-episode season will be released in batches. The first batch, which will consist of the first four episodes, will drop on Jan. 10, 2024. Then, new batches of episodes will air weekly for a three-week event.

Here's the official synopsis via Netflix Media Center:

"Eleven strangers are given a quarter of a million dollars to split evenly. Will they take their fair share? Or will the allure of more money cause them to vote each other out to keep more for themselves? It’s the ultimate test of human nature, as greed and mistrust threaten to destroy even the strongest of relationships. In this game, everyone starts as winners and they can all leave as winners - if they choose to share."

Love is Blind: Sweden

Expanding the Love is Blind franchise even more, Netflix has created a Love is Blind: Sweden. This time, viewers will be watching lucky singles in Sweden look for love. TV presenter Jessica Almenäs is signed on as the host. There are 10 episodes in the first season, which will be split into four batches. The first batch, consisting of the first four episodes, will be dropped on Jan. 12, 2024.
