The doctor is back in on Netflix! After the unprecedented success of Suits on the streaming service back in 2023, Netflix has made a conscious effort to acquire fan-favorite shows for our binge-watching pleasure. It's why so many TV fans have been rediscovering the likes of Young Sheldon, This Is Us, and now Royal Pains via their Netflix watch lists.

Late last year, we'd crossed our fingers that the USA Network medical dramedy would follow in the footsteps of its network-mate Suits and land on Netflix. Without so much as an announcement, Netflix added all eight seasons of Royal Pains on Jan. 22, and it's officially time to watch the comforting Hamptons-set series about a concierge doctor to the wealthy and privileged.

As you rewatch the series, which first made its premiere on USA back in June 2009, you will likely wonder how old stars like Mark Feuerstein were at the time of the show's run and how old the cast members are now. Likewise, what have they each been up to since the series came to an end in 2016? We're sharing the cast's ages then and now and where they are now.
