Owning Manhattan release date, trailer, and everything to know

Move out of the way, Oppenheim Group! There's another high-end real estate brokerage in town, and it's run by world-famous broker and CEO Ryan Serhant. Netflix has given Serhant his own reality series, Owning Manhattan, and we've got all the juicy deets about the new show to share with you below.

You might recognize Serhant from him starring in the Bravo shows Million Dollar Listing New York and Sell It Like Serhant. In Owning Manhattan, we'll see the real estate mogul continue to build his own real estate brokerage, SERHANT, in the Big Apple and push his highly ambitious agents to greatness. Serhant and his team are striving to be the No. 1 brokerage in the world, and they will stop at nothing to achieve this goal. Over eight episodes, viewers will watch as these elite agents go after the most exclusive luxury listings. And like with any Netflix reality series, you can expect there to be plenty of drama.

The agents joining Serhant at his brokerage are Chloe Tucker Caine, Genesis Suero, Jade Shenker, Jeffrey St. Arromand, Jessica Markowski, Jessica Taylor, Jonathan Frank Normolle, Jordan Hurt, Jordan March, Nile Lundgren, Savannah Gowarty, and Tricia Lee.

You can expect all eight episodes of Owning Manhattan season 1 to drop on Netflix on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET. Of course, we couldn't forget about our Midwest folks. If you're in the Central time zone, you're looking at a release time of 2:00 a.m. CT on this date.

Reality series typically fare well on Netflix, especially real estate-based reality shows. I mean, think about Selling Sunset and Selling the OC. After watching the exciting trailer above, we can definitely see Owning Manhattan being a hit on Netflix and going on for several seasons.
