All songs featured in Nobody Wants This

Perhaps the best opening song of all time for a romantic comedy series set in Los Angeles, Nobody Wants This begins to the tune of Haim's underrated single "Summer Girl." The sister pop-rock trio boasts a second song in the pilot episode, which also features music from Remi Wold and LÉON.

Olivia Rodrigo also has the bragging rights of appearing on the soundtrack twice, with "Brutal" playing in a pivotal scene with Noah's mother and the Grammy winner's 2024 single "Obsessed" playing during a moment when Joanne's in the midst of an obsession with Noah's ex-girlfriend Rebecca. No other song could have played during this scene!

There are so many excellent music moments scattered throughout the series, including a Shawn Mendes deep cut that highlights a key development for Joanne and Noah and a Francis and the Lights song that's the de facto theme song. The bat mitzvah season finale also contains wall-to-wall party bangers!
