Where are all the reality TV fans? Netflix has dropped its list of new and returning reality shows slated to be coming out soon, and one particular show on the list caught our eye. It's the new reality series Selling the City, which is a spinoff of the smash-hit Selling Sunset.
This is the third spinoff of Selling Sunset, with the others being Selling Tampa and Selling the OC. But instead of being set in Florida or California, this spinoff will take viewers to the Big Apple aka New York City. Adam DiVello and his Done and Done Productions, the same team behind Selling Sunset and Selling the OC, are behind this new reality series. In addition, DiVello executive produces alongside Skyler Wakil, Chris Cullen, and Kris Lindquist.
Selling the City season 1 will consist of eight episodes. It's unknown how long each episode will be, but we're probably looking at episodes being somewhere between 30 and 35 minutes each. These are the usual episode runtimes for Selling Sunset and Selling the OC. We'll get back to you with the official episode runtimes for Selling the City once Netflix announces them.
The New York-based reality series will follow a new group of ambitious real estate agents working at the high-end real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman. Viewers will watch as these agents navigate the cutthroat world of luxury real estate in New York City while also dealing with personal and professional drama. The cast hasn't been announced yet, but we're expecting their names to be revealed soon since production is set to start this spring. And, of course, you can count on us at Netflix Life to share every new cast addition.
But that's all there is to know about Selling the City at the moment. As new information is announced about this series, we'll make sure to return to this space to share what we found. So, stay tuned to Netflix Life!
