Here's when new episodes of Love Next Door are released on Netflix

Netflix recently released a new Korean drama titled Love Next Door, and people can't stop talking about it. In fact, it's currently ranked on Netflix's top 10 TV shows list as of Aug. 19. The first two episodes dropped on Aug. 17 and Aug. 18, and there are still so many more left to be released. If you’ve added this show to your watchlist and are looking forward to checking it out, we must share with you all there is to know about it, including the release schedule.

Love Next Door is of the romance genre, like most Korean series usually are. Actually, it's a romantic comedy series that was helmed by Yoo Je-won from scripts written by Shin Ha-eun. They had previously worked together on the hit K-Drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha.

The rom-com tells a frenemies-to-lovers story between Bae Seok-ryu, a product manager who returns to Korea to reboot her life, and Choi Seung-hyo, a young architect and childhood friend of Seok-ryu with whom he shares awkward childhood memories.

Jung So-min, who's best known for starring in Playful Kiss and Alchemy of Souls, plays the role of Bae Seok-ryu, while Jung Hae-in (Prison Playbook, D.P.) portrays Choi Seung-hyo. Joining them in the cast are Kim Ji-eun, Yoon Ji-on, Park Ji-young, Jo Han-chul, Jang Young-nam, Lee Seung-joon, and many others.

Love Next Door release schedule on Netflix

A brand new episode of Love Next Door is released every Saturday and Sunday on Netflix. As mentioned above, the first two episodes are already available to stream on Netflix. In addition, there are 16 episodes in total in this series. However, the release dates for all of the episodes have not been announced yet. No worries, though! Sadly, Love Next Door has been billed as a limited series, meaning it won't be returning with a second installment in the future. However, the good news is that Bae Seok-ryu and Choi Seung-hyo's complete love story will be told in the first season.
