Emma Myers stars in A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, coming to Netflix: Get the details!

Emma Myers is best known for her role as Enid Sinclair in Netflix's most popular show of all time, Wednesday. In the first season of the teen fantasy series, her character helps the titular character solve a supernatural mystery. Well, now it looks like Myers will be solving a mystery of her own in an upcoming Netflix series titled A Good Girl's Guide to Murder. We shared all there is to know about the show below.

If you were wondering why the show's title sounds familiar to you, it's probably because you read the bestselling book it's based on. It's a series adaptation of the 2019 YA mystery novel of the same name by British author Holly Jackson. In addition, it's an upcoming teen crime drama series helmed by Dolly Wells from scripts written by Poppy Cogan, Zia Ahmed, Ajoke Ibironke, and Ruby Thomas.

Ordered by the BBC and produced by Moonage Pictures, in co-production with ZDFneo and Netflix, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder will consist of six episodes. Before being released on Netflix later this year, it will first air in the UK and Ireland on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer. Neither an air date nor an official Netflix release date has been announced yet. We'll come back and share these juicy deets once they're known.

The show centers around 17-year-old teen girl and true crime enthusiast, Pip Fitz-Amobi, who is determined to crack a murder mystery that took place five years ago in her small town. Five years ago, the small town of Fairview was changed forever when popular high school senior Andie Bell was murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh, who then committed suicide. The case was quickly solved with the police and everyone else in the town believing the boyfriend did it.

Flash forward five years later, the town is still grappling with the gruesome murder, and Pip is bent on reopening the case under the guise of a senior project. She doesn't believe that Sal killed Andie and she's determined to uncover the identity of the true murderer even if it puts her in grave danger.

Myers stars in the leading role of Pip Fitz-Amobi. Also joining her in the cast are Zain Iqbal (Ravi Singh), Anna Maxwell Martin, Gary Beadle, Mathew Baynton, India Lillie Davies, Rahul Pattni, Henry Ashton, Mitu Panicucci, Orla Hill, Ephraim O.P. Sampson, Carla Woodcock, Yasmin Al-Khudhairi, Jessica Webber, Matthew Khan, Georgia Aaron, Oliver Wickham, Adam Astill, and Annabel Mullion.
