Deadline reports that Carrie-Anne Moss will take on the role of Greta Nelso, a former East German spy with a fiery history intertwined with Luke Brunner (portrayed by Schwarzenegger). As Luke returns from his latest mission, which involved rescuing an operative who just so happened to be his daughter, he finds himself confronting new adversaries. Among them is an old flame from Luke’s past, now a formidable threat poised to wreak havoc on his personal life before potentially unleashing chaos upon the world.

Carrie-Anne Moss is a Canadian actress born on August 21, 1967, in Burnaby, British Columbia. She began her career with roles on television shows like Dark Justice and Street Justice in the early 1990s.

Her big break came when she was cast as Trinity in the hugely popular sci-fi film The Matrix in 1999 and its three sequels. For her performance in the thriller Memento in 2000, she won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female.
