XO, Kitty

XO, Kitty is another one of the new Netflix original shows that was released in 2023. It comes from Jenny Han, the author of the best-selling To All the Boys book series and The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy, which have been turned into a film series and a TV series.

Serving as a spin-off to the hit To All the Boys film trilogy, XO, Kitty follows teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey as she moves across the country to Seoul, South Korea, to be reunited with her long-distance boyfriend and learn more about her late mother.

You might remember Kitty as basically being the person who helped Lara Jean and Peter get together in To All the Boys I've Loved Before. Well, now she's on her own quest to find true love in XO, Kitty. But she'll soon realize how complicated love can be, especially when she starts catching feelings for multiple people.

Anna Cathcart reprises her role from the movies as Kitty. Joining her in the cast are newcomers Choi Min-young, Anthony Keyvan, Gia Kim, Sang Heon Lee, Peter Thurnwald, and Regan Aliya. A second season is currently in the works, so you might want to get started on season 1 soon if you haven't already.
