Squid Game is Netflix's most popular non-English television series. It centers around a group of 456 cash-strapped individuals who are invited to participate in a series of children's games with deadly stakes for a chance to win a hefty cash prize of 45.6 billion won. The first season mainly focuses on Seong Gi-hun, a divorced father and gambling addict who decides to join the game to settle his debts and support his family. A Squid Game season 2 is in the works.

Parasyte: The Grey (2024)

When a bunch of mysterious parasitic creatures start falling from the sky and infecting humans by killing them and taking over their bodies, the citizens of the fictional city Namil must rise to put a stop to this powerful threat. This Korean horror series is only made up of one season, which can be streamed on Netflix right now.

All of Us Are Dead (2022-)

When a fast-spreading zombie virus outbreak suddenly occurs in the fictional South Korean city of Hyosan, a group of teens trapped inside their high school must band together and rely on their wits to survive. An All of Us Are Dead season 2 is in the process of being made.

Hellbound (2021-)

Hellbound is set in South Korea in 2022, where otherworldly beings known as "angels" suddenly appear out of nowhere to deliver decrees to individuals, foretelling the exact time they will be brutally killed and dragged to hell for their sins. Hellbound season 2 is coming to Netflix sometime in 2024.

Gyeongseong Creature (2023-)

Gyeongseong Creature takes place in the spring of 1945 in Gyeongseong, during the time when Korea was under Japanese colonial rule. We follow an entrepreneur and a sleuth as they confront and battle against a strange creature born from human greed. Be on the lookout for Gyeongseong Creature season 2, which is set to be released on Netflix by the end of 2024.

Girl from Nowhere (2018-2021)

Girl from Nowhere follows Nanno, an enigmatic girl with supernatural powers, who transfers to various schools in Thailand to expose the lies and misdeeds of both students and teachers. This teen thriller series is made up of two seasons that can both be streamed on Netflix right now.
