A new month of Netflix new releases is upon us, with February officially coming to an end and welcoming in March. As spring starts to warm up the temperatures and allow us to head back outside to revel in the sunshine, Netflix will have plenty of content waiting for us to line our watch lists with at the end of a beautiful spring day. But are they all worth watching?
The first two months of 2026 have been positively jam-packed with must-watch Netflix original series as the likes of Bridgerton, The Lincoln Lawyer, and The Night Agent returned with new seasons. March keeps the momentum going with even more fan-favorite series coming back with their latest seasons, including Virgin River, One Piece, and Beauty in Black.
One top of the dependably binge-worthy Netflix shows we won't get enough of in March 2026, the streamer also premieres a number of exciting new series, like a steamy romance, a unique reality dating show, a spy thriller, and a horror drama from the Duffer Brothers. Which shows should definitely have a place on your watch list and which should be skipped? Here's our recommendations!

Vladimir
Watch! If you're worried that the heat will die down on Netflix after Bridgerton season 4's conclusion, the streamer launches what's likely its sexiest new show of the year with Vladimir on March 5. Based on the novel of the same name by Julia May Jonas, the series centers on a college professor (Rachel Weisz) as she grows restless in her life and marriage and finds herself allured by her younger new colleague Vladimir (Leo Woodall). The steamy limited series contains eight half-hour episodes that are sure to keep viewers just as hooked as its page-turning source material.

One Piece season 2
Watch! It's been nearly three years since One Piece first made its premiere on Netflix back in August 2023, which means it's highly unlikely that any diehard fans will be skipping this one. And if you managed to miss the show the first time around, then you will have 16 episodes to binge-watch when season 2, subtitled Into the Grand Line, premieres on March 10. Based on the beloved manga series, the new season finds Luffy and the Straw Hats adventuring into the dangerous Grand Line and take on unexpected new enemies and territories in the name of tracking down treasure.

Age of Attraction
Skip! We can always count on Netflix to deliver some of the most envelope-pushing dating reality shows on the market, and another one premieres on March 11. Age of Attraction takes on a new twist as singles looking for love discover that age will not be a factor this time around. While dating shows typically feature contestants around the same age, this series asks if age actually matters when it comes to love. Hosted by Bachelor alum Nick Viall and his wife Natalie Joy Viall, the series can probably be skipped by those who aren't deeply invested in dating reality shows.

Virgin River season 7
Watch! We're finally heading back to the coziest fictional town on television. That's right, Virgin River season 7 premieres on March 12 and brings us back into Mel and Jack's neck of the woods as they begin to build their family and home life post-wedding. But it's not going to be as easy as they might expect since the trailer teased Marley might be second guessing the adoption. There's plenty more drama in store for the new episodes that fans simply cannot miss. Especially with season 8 on the way!

Beauty in Black season 2 part 2
Watch! Even though Tyler Perry's brand of drama might not be for everyone, a lot of us have become completely obsessed with his first Netflix original series Beauty in Black. The battle between Kimmie and Mallory and the whole Bellarie family gets wilder than ever in season 2 part 2, which makes its premiere on March 19. Following the release of these eight episodes, a third and final season will be on the way to wrap up the series. This is the perfect show to watch when you need a high-drama escape!

Jo Nesbø's Detective Hole
Skip! If you're a fan of The Lincoln Lawyer and The Night Agent and you're looking for something similarly action-pack and mysterious, then Netflix has your next watch on deck. Based on Jo Nesbø's Harry Hole book series, Jo Nesbø's Detective Hole centers on Harry Hole (Tobias Santelmann) as he unravels a serial killer mystery and takes on a colleague he can't trust (Joel Kinnaman). If you've had your fill of mysteries for now, the Norwegian crime drama might not be for you and can be skipped.

Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen
Watch! Last but certainly not least, the Duffer Brothers debut their first new project since Stranger Things came to an end. While they didn't create, write, or direct Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen, the famed duo produced the horror miniseries from Haley Z. Boston. The series takes place during the weekend of Rachel (Camila Morrone) and Nicky's (Adam DiMarco) wedding where "something bad" happens and seemingly ruins the occasion. We don't quite know what to expect, but the spoiler-laden title is enough to make this one a must-watch when it drops on March 26.
