Let's be honest. While our children hopefully enjoy watching things such as Sesame Street, we adults know we are entertained as well. The reason is that while we might know the answers to anything being asked on screen while our children may not, the same things we liked as kids are still involved. That's the trick about great children's shows: Anyone can like them.

This is also the magic that Ms. Rachel brings. She has hundreds of millions of views on her YouTube channel, but she is set to make her Netflix debut on January 27. What fans will see at first is four episodes of existing videos, but possibly ones some have not seen if they watch nothing but Netflix. There is nothing wrong with that.

The series, Ms. Rachel, was begun in 2019 and was a collaboration between educator Rachel Accurso and her husband, Aron. The videos consist of everything you might expect from a high-quality children's show. That means there will be songs, games, and a bit of kid's poetry. In other words, nursery rhymes.

Good news for Ms. Rachel fans as she is brining her fantastic children's show to Netflix

The first four episodes include Learn to Talk — “What’s in the Box?” Speech and Toddler Learning, Baby Learning — First words, Milestones, Nursery Rhymes, and Songs, Learn to Read — Phonics, ABCs, and Preschool Learning, and Hop Little Bunnies — Plus More Songs and Nursery rhymes, according to Netflix.

The shows will also be available 34 languages, 33 will be subtitled from English.

But do not fear that Ms. Rachel will be four and done. There is expected to be another batch of episodes later in the year. This gives Netflix a chance to see just how well the children's series does on the streamer and decide if they want to up the ante and spend lots more on the Accurso's if the show generates lots of views, which we know it will.

So, if you are a fan of the pink headbanded Ms. Rachel, then you should be quite happy no matter what your age is. Her effervescence jumps off the screen and nearly forces you to watch. And, well...to sing along. Don't be embarrassed, though. You likely still do the same things you did as a kid when you were watching (and still watch) Sesame Street.
