No matter what Kristen Bell touches, it turns to gold. The talented actress and singer has been part of many popular productions, whether she's unseen and simply lending her voice like in Gossip Girl and Frozen or chewing all the scenery as a dazzling leading star you can't look away from. If you were hoping for even more Bell classics after Nobody Wants This season 2, Netflix has a real treat.

While the star's underrated Showtime comedy-drama House of Lies departs Netflix in January 2026, Bell's hands-down most iconic television role of all time will soon be added to the streamer. After being mysteriously removed from Hulu earlier this year, Veronica Mars has finally landed a new streaming home. The teen mystery drama arrives on Netflix US on Jan. 14, 2026.

However, there's some unfortunate news to share with fans who are hoping to watch every single episode. Netflix will only be adding the first three original seasons of Veronica Mars. The 2014 movie and season 4 (the 2019 revival) will not be available on Netflix alongside these 64 episodes. Thankfully, both are still available to stream elsewhere. Find out where to watch below!

Veronica Mars seasons 1-3 coming to Netflix in January 2026

The standalone revival movie of the same title is currently available to watch on HBO Max, while the Hulu original Veronica Mars season 4 can still be streamed on Hulu. In order to watch the complete story of the cult favorite series, you will have to head over to two other streaming services. Although, some fans might warn against watching season 4 and likely aren't torn up that it won't be on Netflix.

Before Veronica Mars season 4 premiered, there was an incredible amount of excitement among the fandom for the character's grand return. The eight-episode season even premiered on week early because of the anticipation. Even though the revival season was critically acclaimed, the show's second comeback ended up being largely denounced by longtime fans for a big reason.

Here's your chance to look away now before finding out a major Veronica Mars season 4 spoiler! In the final moments of the season, Veronica and Logan get married and officially begin their lives together. Sadly, Logan gets killed shortly after their nuptials. Understandably, fans weren't pleased with the creator taking away Veronica's happy ending to keep her miserable and on the road.

Following the fan outcry, Veronica Mars season 5 was never discussed again and the show went back to flying under the radar as its legacy had been tainted. But coming to Netflix gives the original three seasons a chance to reclaim that legacy and remind fans why they love this show and this character so much. At the end of the day, Bell's performance made the show exactly what it is.

This is the latest of Bell's popular TV shows to hit Netflix. The Good Place recently left, and House of Lies is out the door right behind it. Gossip Girl returned to Netflix, and of course she can be seen in the Netflix original series The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window and Nobody Wants This, the latter landing the star her long overdue first Emmy nomination.

Watch Veronica Mars seasons 1-3 on Netflix beginning on Jan. 14, 2026.
