Harlan Coben's new Netflix show is surprisingly more popular than Bridgerton

If you were looking for a gripping mystery thriller series to escape into this summer, Netflix's I Will Find You certainly found you.

Based on the staggering viewership numbers since the show's release on June 18, the latest limited series from Harlan Coben has been nothing short of a blockbuster, becoming the biggest new Netflix show of 2026 and the streamer's biggest hit since Stranger Things 5. Those honors aren't hyperbole or even the last of the accomplishments I Will Find You will make.

Shortly after its premiere, I Will Find You became the second Harlan Coben series to make its debut on Netflix Top 10 All-Time Most Popular English-Language Shows ranking. Unlike Fool Me Once, which made the list back in 2024, Coben's new smash wasn't pushed off the leaderboard. Instead, it's doing the pushing and has now pushed right past Bridgerton.

I Will Find You outranks Bridgerton on Netflix's All-Time Top 10

After its arrival on the ranking, I Will Find You has steadily moved up the All-Time Top 10 list week by week. As of Aug. 25, the series ranks in the No. 7 position with 115.4 million views and 632.8 million hours viewed, which was officially enough to rise above Bridgerton season 1. Being so, the mystery thriller now ranks above both seasons of the beloved Regency romance drama series.

Bridgerton season 1 ranks at No. 8, directly below I Will Find You, with 113.3 million views and 929.3 million hours viewed, while Bridgerton season 3 now ranks in the No. 10 position with 106 million views and 846.5 million hours viewed. Netflix ranks the shows on the All-Time Top 10 based on the amount of views each show attains within 91 days of their release date.

Since I Will Find You was released on June 18, the series still has until at least Sept. 17 to continue accruing its views for the All-Time Top 10 ranking. While its views have significantly slowed down as summer comes to an end, it's still holding strong on the Global Top 10 and bringing in millions of views, including 2.5 million more for the week of Aug. 17-23, 2026.

By next week, it's entirely possible that I Will Find You will move into the No. 6 position and surpass DAHMER: Monster — The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. The anthology series' first season attained 115.6 million views, which is just a fraction off from where Coben's series sits at No. 7 with 115.4 million views. The bigger question will be just how far the thriller can go in 91 days.

Besting Monster season 1 is basically a given at this point, which means I Will Find You could top out at No. 6 on the All-Time Top 10. It will take much more to beat Wednesday season 2, which is sitting pretty at No. 5 with 119.3 million views. Anything's possible in the show's last few weeks of tracking, and it would be the first show to beat Wednesday since Stranger Things. That would be huge.
