Yes, Kitty and Min Ho end up together in XO, Kitty season 3

This is true! Kitty and Min Ho do end up together in the third season. Now, we're about to explain how. XO, Kitty season 3 actually picks up right where the season 2 finale left off. If you recall, Kitty made that bold, last-minute decision to ask Min Ho if she could join him on his family’s summer tour. However, we find out in the first episode of season 3 that Kitty ultimately chickens out. Instead, she decides to attend the tour's kickoff party later that night with plans to return home for summer break afterward.

Although the party doesn’t go as planned, Kitty and Min Ho finally open up and confess their feelings to each other afterward at the beach. While Min Ho wants Kitty to still join him on his family's tour, Kitty tells him that she can't because she'll be spending the summer with her sister in New York. However, they do get to share a big ole passionate kiss on the beach before going their separate ways.

Three months pass, and summer break is now over. Kitty, Min Ho, and the rest of their friends return to KISS for the first semester of their senior year, but Kitty and Min Ho still aren't in an actual relationship. Kitty makes that her plan right away. She's determined to define her relationship with Min Ho. However, that proves to be difficult with the arrival of Marius. Marius is Min Ho, Dae, and Q's old friend, and he feels threatened by Kitty in a way.

He throws a party to kick off senior year in the senior lounge at KISS, something Kitty initially isn’t on board with. She’d much rather check off one of the items on her “Senior Sunset List,” which is to watch the sunrise with her friends. Thanks to Min Ho, she gets that special moment. On the rooftop of KISS’s dorms, Kitty, Min Ho, and their friend group gather to share laughs and reflect on everything that happened over the summer.

After clearing the air about their summer adventures, Kitty and Min Ho decide to finally make their relationship official. For a while, everything feels perfect. They’re happy, carefree, and fully enjoying being together. That bliss, however, doesn’t last. Marius stirs up trouble again by reaching out to Min Ho’s first love, Gigi, sending Kitty into a spiral of insecurity. She begins to question the strength of their relationship, but luckily, Min Ho reassures her that she's the one he wants to be with.

They then find themselves back in a blissful state. However, it only lasts for a short period once again. As Kitty and Min Ho get ready to leave for a bingsu date, Min Ho receives an urgent text from Eunice to meet up. He lies to Kitty and says he needs to go speak to Marius. Kitty believes him, and they part ways. But she finds out later that he lied and actually met up with Eunice. Why did Min Ho lie? It's because Eunice asked him to. She thinks she might be pregnant, and she doesn't want anyone else to know.

While Kitty does eventually confront Min Ho about the lie, they manage to overcome this hurdle in their relationship. However, Min Ho doesn't tell her about Eunice's potential pregnancy. It's not until Dae's dad's restaurant opening that everything goes wrong. Kitty finds a pregnancy test in the restaurant's bathroom, and Yuri tells her that she overheard a strange conversation between Min Ho and Eunice outside.

Kitty immediately suspects the pregnancy test is connected to Eunice and Min Ho, and she goes to confront Min Ho about it. In fact, she accuses him of hooking up with Eunice over the summer. However, Min Ho doesn't get the chance to deny the claims because Kitty walks away. Later on, Kitty discovers that Min Ho didn't hook up with Eunice, and she goes to apologize to him.

But Min Ho is hurt. He’s frustrated that Kitty jumped to conclusions and doesn't trust him. He tells her how much it hurt to be accused of something he didn’t do, and then breaks up with her. While Kitty sends him multiple text messages pleading for him to listen and explain, Min Ho continues to blow her off. Things don't actually get patched up between them until the eighth and final episode of the season. Min Ho wanted to get back with Kitty earlier, but he decided to keep his feelings to himself after learning that she had gotten into NYU.

He finally comes to his senses the day that Kitty heads back home for winter break. He rushes to the subway to catch her before she leaves, and in a heartfelt, emotional moment, he tells her that he loves her. Kitty, overwhelmed with relief and happiness, admits that she loves him too. They share a passionate kiss before the scene shifts to them on a plane together. They're headed to Portland, where Min Ho will finally meet Kitty's dad. This is where XO, Kitty season 3 comes to a close. Kitty and Min Ho get their happily-ever-after.
