What is it about serial killers that make for a fascinating watch? It can be in real-life where viewers can’t get enough of the salacious details when they’re watching a trial play out on CNN or it can be a show like The Fall that puts a serial killer at the heart of the drama.

Paul Spector (Dornan) stalks and hunts his prey like a hunter who is looking to catch a 10-point buck and Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson (Anderson) is the only one who can stop him. On a side note, it was satisfying to see Anderson in a role she could sink her teeth for the first time in a long time since the end of The X-Files.

Set in Belfast, this series moves quickly with Gibson tracking Spector as his spree of killing women is taking over as we get five episodes in the first series with another six in the second series. A third is coming soon, but in the meantime, check out this drama that you can knock out in a day.
