The Amityville Horror is one of the scariest movies on Netflix. The film is based on the book of the same name written by Jay Anson, and it’s also a remake of the original Amityville Horror movie, which was released in theaters in 1979. The film is also the eighth movie of the Amityville Horror franchise.

In the film, a family moves into a house in Amityville, New York in 1975. A year earlier, a man had killed his family in the home. After the new family arrives, weird things begin to happen and the patriarch, George (Ryan Reynolds) begins to show signs of possession.

This is a great scary movie to watch this Halloween!
