Ever wonder what all those guys who pretend to be Santa Claus at shopping malls and department stores at Christmas time do when their not dressed up as Santa Claus? Well, if you have, you have to check out the documentary I Am Santa Claus directed by Tommy Avallone and produced by the former WWE star Mick Foley.

In the film, Avallone, Foley, and their crew follow five real-life Santa Clauses from all over the United States for one full year to get to know them outside of the Santa costume and what makes them so motivated to make Christmas special for the children who come visit them.

Overall, I Am Santa Claus probably isn’t going to get people in a great Christmas mood, but it is a very unique perspective and a behind-the-scenes look at some of the people who make Christmas so special for everyone.
