Netflix released the teen ice skating drama series Finding Her Edge, and the new show wasted little time to make an immediate impression on the Top 10 most-watch Netflix shows ranking.
Based on the book of the same name by Jennifer Iacopelli, the series centers on ice skater Adriana Russo (Madelyn Keys) as she pretends to date Brayden (Cale Ambrozic) while still having feelings for her former partner Freddie (Olly Atkins). Talk about a complicated love triangle!
If you have already binge-watched all eight episodes of the delightfully entertaining (and family-friendly!) teen romance series, you're either already planning to rewatch the complete season again or you're looking for more Netflix shows like Finding Her Edge.
We've got the recommendations you're looking for! Whether you're in the mood for more skating or more love triangles, here are three Netflix shows to add to your watch list, in order from PG to TV-MA.

Zero Chill
- Release Year: 2021
- Seasons: 1
- Cast: Grace Beedie, Dakota Taylor, Jade Ma, Jeremias Amoore, Anastasia Chocholatá, Leonardo Fontes, Sarah-Jane Potts, Doug Rao, Tanja Ribič, Oscar Skagerberg, Stan Steinbichler, Christina Tam
Beginning with the most family-friend Netflix show on this list, Zero Chill made its premiere on Netflix back in 2021 and released only one season containing 10 episodes. The series is rated TV-G, which makes it even more appropriate for younger audiences, since it's made specifically for kids.
Zero Chill follows a teen figure skater whose plans of following her dreams are turned upside down when her family instead pursues her twin brother's hockey stardom in the UK. The episodes are all 30 minutes or less in length and bring just as much ice skating drama as Finding Her Edge.

My Life with the Walter Boys
- Release Year: 2023-present
- Seasons: 2 (season 3 is on the way!)
- Cast: Nikki Rodriguez, Noah LaLonde, Ashby Gentry, Johnny Link, Corey Fogelmanis, Connor Stanhope, Alisha Newton, Zoë Soul, Jaylan Evans, Sarah Rafferty, Marc Blucas
Even though My Life with the Walter Boys isn't about ice skating or hockey or really any sport that takes place on the ice, the hit Netflix teen drama features something else that Finding Her Edge also does well: a love triangle. Not to mention, lots of yearning and teen angst as a girl from NYC finds herself joining a large family in their rural home after her parents pass away.
The audiences for both Finding Her Edge and My Life with the Walter Boys overlap, so it's likely that if you watch one, you have probably watched or will watch the other. But be warned. My Life with the Walter Boys earns a TV-14 rating compared to the other's TV-PG, meaning the content is slightly more mature. Make sure you're caught up before season 3 arrives!

Spinning Out
- Release Year: 2020
- Seasons: 1
- Cast: Kaya Scodelario, Willow Shields, Evan Roderick, David James Elliott, Sarah Wright Olsen, Svetlana Efremova, Amanda Zhou, Mitchell Edwards, Kaitlyn Leeb, Will Kemp, January Jones
Last but not least, another ice skating drama series makes our list, but it's much more intense than either Zero Chill or Finding Her Edge. Netflix released Spinning Out back in January 2020, and the series stars Kaya Scodelario as a singles skater turned pairs skater after a fall changed the trajectory of her skating career.
However, the series tackles dark topics such as mental health and self harm, which differs greatly from the subject matter in Finding Her Edge. Spinning Out has a TV-MA rating, meaning it's probably for the older demographic tuning into the newer skating series. It's still worth watching for viewers looking for more skating drama and romance.
