Leave the World Behind

Imagine you’re enjoying a vacation with your family when two strangers arrive in the middle of the night claiming they need to hide with you during an ongoing cyberattack that will collapse the world as you know it.

That’s what the Sandford family is up against in this apocalyptic thriller based on Rumaan Alam’s novel of the same name. Written and directed by Mr. Robot‘s acclaimed creator Sam Esmail, Leave the World Behind boasts an all-star cast of actors that includes Julia Roberts, Ethan Hawke, Mahershala Ali, Kevin Bacon, and more.

The Great British Baking Show: Holidays: Season 6

Get ready to deck the halls with all kinds of holiday treats as the sixth season of The Great British Baking Show: Holidays arrives on Netflix this weekend! Fans of the feel-good baking show will have two new festive episodes to enjoy over the weekend. These two are the specials that aired last year in the UK. Fans in the US will get to see the series 14 (or season 7 as it’s packaged on Netflix) next year.

Love and Monsters

Dylan O’Brien stars in this charming 2020 monster adventure movie from director Michael Matthews. Love and Monsters will start streaming on Saturday, December 9, and makes a great pick for a Saturday movie night.

But to get to Aimee, who is over 80 miles away on the coast, Joel must venture out into a world run by giant creatures to find her.
