Ozark officially ended on April 29, 2022, with the release of season 4 part 2. Although longtime fans will miss the crime drama series, the fourth season brought the story to a close at the conclusion of its 14 episodes.

The series first premiered on Netflix in July 2017 and has been a fan-favorite hit ever since. Not only have fans taken a great liking to the series, but critics have been raving as well. Jason Bateman and Julia Garner have both landed multiple award wins for their work in Ozark.

In the final season, Ozark continues tracing the ever-evolving game between the Byrde family, Ruth, and the Navarro cartel. Picking up in the aftermath of the shocking season 3 finale, season 4 once again leaves fans at a crossroads for the characters.

Without question, Ozark is one of the all-time best Netflix original series, and it’s not to be missed. We’ll be talking about this one for years to come as it helps cement the streamer’s legacy. And it’s easy to keep talking about it with a cast as talented as this one.

Although the final episodes were a bittersweet (and polarizing) goodbye, there’s always the option to rewatch the show however many times you can handle. Don’t skip one of the best shows on Netflix.

Verdict: WATCH
