You was originally a Lifetime series, but it moved to Netflix as a Netflix original after season 1, and it’s been a huge hit ever since. The first season was added to Netflix in late 2018, while You season 2 premiered on Netflix in December 2019. It was a long, but totally worth it, wait for season 3.

You season 3 premiered on Netflix in 2021, and fans couldn’t wait to see the next season of the hit series based on Caroline Kepnes’ book series. You season 4 was split into two parts, with the final episodes of the installment coming out on March 9, 2023.

The series follows Joe Goldberg, played by Penn Badgley, as he tries to make his relationships work despite major character flaws, toxic behavior, and being… well, you’ll see when you watch.

If you like major DRAMA, You is the Netflix show for you. There’s not another show like it on TV right now. Badgley and Victoria Pedretti were incredible in seasons 2 and 3. With the way that season ended, season 3 was well-positioned to be the biggest and best yet — and it didn’t disappoint. Season 4 took a different approach with a new location and a whodunnit?-style mystery, which many fans enjoyed.

You season 5 was announced this spring, and it will be the final season of the Netflix series.
