Look Both Ways

In recent years, Netflix has released some of the biggest blockbusters out there, such as The Adam Project and The Gray Man. But it’s the romantic comedies fans keep coming back to for those all-important comfort watches. One of 2022’s most lovable Netflix movies is none other than Look Both Ways starring Lili Reinhart.

Look Both Ways centers on Natalie, a recent college grad and aspiring artist who discovers on the night of her graduation that she might be pregnant. At this game-changing moment, her life splits into two realities: one where she’s pregnant and remains in Austin, Texas with her parents, and another where she’s not pregnant and moves to Los Angeles to pursue her career.

The film has been compared to Sliding Doors since it presents two different outcomes for its central character based on one singular moment. While some viewers might be looking for a resolute winner between Natalie’s two paths, both stories present the usual ups and downs in life. In both instances, Natalie will be okay, and one isn’t better than the other.

Look Both Ways topped the Top 10 movies chart on Netflix for multiple days after its release on Aug. 17, 2022 and earned mixed reception. But we’re telling those who haven’t tuned into Lili Reinhart’s movie that it’s worth adding to your watch list. Don’t miss Look Both Ways!
