With Thanksgiving only next week, the holiday season is officially in full swing, and Netflix is celebrating with one of their most-anticipated Christmas movies. You can also look for a new season of The Crown and a new documentary.

Christmastime is here (or at least close), and Netflix is bringing Best. Christmas. Ever! on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023. The movie stars Brandy Norwood, Heather Graham, Jason Biggs, Matt Cedeño, Wyatt Hunt, Madison Skye Validum, Nadia Sine, and Abby Villasmil. The film follows old friends as they find their friendship put to the test over the holiday.

Ready for The Crown to finally return? The royal series is back for season 6, part 1 on Thursday, Nov 16. This season will show more of Princess Diana’s life as it comes to its tragic end. It will also continue to show Queen Elizabeth II’s life and reign, as well as 9/11, Prince William’s first year of college, and the death of Princess Margaret. This is not a season for the faint of heart. It’s going to be a lot of tears.

The documentary will feature Angela Davis, Alexa Rachelle Jennings, Brittney Cooper, Ibram X. Kendi, and Lynae Vanee. The doc included scripted scenes as well as interviews with scholars and activists.
