All 16 episodes of Bridgerton ranked from worst to best
13. Season 1, Episode 2
Bridgerton season 1 episode 2 is titled “Shock and Delight,” and we learn why Simon is the way he is and why he doesn’t want to marry and have kids. It all stems from his rough childhood. His mother died in childbirth, and his father was a cruel man who was only concerned with continuing his lineage. He treated Simon horribly, called him names, and never truly loved him. We also learn who impregnated Marina in this episode. In addition, Lord Berbrooke is gone for good after his secret of having an illegitimate child with a maid is revealed.
This episode was very informative when it comes to Simon’s past, and I enjoyed watching more of Simon and Daphne’s flirtatious banter. We also got to see a sweet bonding moment between Eloise and Benedict. However, I chose to rank this episode on the lower end since other episodes excited me more.
12. Season 2, Episode 4

But what I didn’t like about this episode was how much time it spent on Colin’s meet-up with Marina. It was annoying to see Colin continue to pine over a woman who doesn’t want to be with him when he needs to be focusing on the woman who’s been there all along. Yes, I’m talking about Penelope. Also, I was completely creeped out when Lady Featherington came up with a plan to set up her daughter with Cousin Jack. Remember, they are related…
