Weiss—plus True Blood‘s Alexander Woo—is coming to Netflix in just a few months, March 21, 2024, specifically.

What is 3 Body Problem about?

3 Body Problem is a series of epic size and scope, but it really comes down to the discovery of extraterrestrial life and how Earth’s inhabitants grapple with their imminent arrival. Civilization starts dividing into camps; those who want to welcome to the mysterious newcomers, and those prepared to fight them off.

However, this is a Hugo Award-winning series with a lot of different components, characters, philosophy, and political machinations, so that is a very watered-down summary of the actual story.

The first season is comprised of eight episodes.
