October is almost over! November starts this week and with the start of the month comes a bunch of new movies and shows on Netflix. The new additions include an amazing HBO series from the early 2000s, a new Netflix Original series, and an action-packed monster movie.

First up this week is Six Feet Under. The award-winning HBO series from the early 2000s is finally coming to Netflix on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023. The series follows the Fisher family who run a funeral business. It looks into the lives of each family member as well as the death of the person they’re planning the funeral for. It’s truly extraordinary. And make sure to bring a huge box of tissues when you watch the finale.

All the Light We Cannot See is also headed to Netflix this week. It’s available to stream starting on Thursday, Nov. 2. The limited series stars Aria Mia Loberti, Louis Hoffman, Hugh Laurie, Mark Ruffalo, and Lars Eldinger. The show tells the story of a blind teenager in France during WWII and a German soldier. Their paths collide first over the radio and then in person as they both try to survive the terrors of war.

Godzilla vs Kong is coming to Netflix this week as well! The monster movie hits Netflix on Wednesday, Nov. 1. As you can probably guess from the title, the film pits the two creatures against each other. As Kong’s protectors try to find his true origins, they come into the path of an even more fearsome monster: Godzilla. And to save humanity from the monster, Kong must fight the giant reptile. But Godzilla is only the beginning.

The movie stars Alexander Skarsgård, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Kyle Chandler, Lance Reddick, Shun Oguri, and Eiza González.
