Sandy Wexler is the third movie of Adam Sandler’s Netflix deal. It was released during the spring of 2017, one year after The Do-Over.

In Sandy Wexler, Sandler’s comedic character chops are back on display as Sandy Wexler. Sandler’s created so many iconic characters over the years. Sandy Wexler isn’t on that list, but it’s more of what Sandler is good at, especially compared to some of his performances in the other Netflix movies mentioned.

Sandy Wexler tells the story of Sandy, a talent agent trying to make it in Hollywood during the 1990s. He tries to help out his clients, but he can’t get out of his own way. When he discovers a new talent, Courtney Clarke (Jennifer Hudson), he tries to make her a star, but again, he gets in his way.

Overall, Sandy Wexler is much better than The Ridiculous 6, The Do-Over, and even The Week Of. It’s a tier above those movies, but it’s a tier below the other more recent Sandler movies, which are coming up on this list!
