Speaking of raunchy comedies from Seth Rogen, Superbad tops the ranking of Rogen’s movies, and it’s also available to stream on Netflix right now. Superbad tells the story of best friends, Seth and Evan (Jonah Hill and Michael Cera), who are hoping to live it up in their final months of high school before going to separate colleges in the fall. It’s inspired by Seth Rogen and best friend/writing partner Evan Goldberg’s relationship. Rogen and Goldberg wrote the screenplay for Superbad.

In Superbad, Seth and Evan agree to supply alcohol for one of the last high school parties of the year at Jules’ (Emma Stone) house. They enlist Fogel (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), who has a new fake ID, to buy all of the alcohol for the party. When Fogel witnesses a robbery at the liquor store, everything goes wrong. Fogel spends the night riding around in the back of a cop car with two well-intentioned but idiot cops, played by Rogen and Bill Hader, while Seth and Evan try to find more alcohol and not let their crushes, Jules and Becca (Martha MacIsaac) down.

Superbad hasn’t aged super-well, but it’s still one of the funniest movies of its era. When it comes to raunchy, coming-of-age comedies, Superbad is easily one of the best of all time.
