Meet the cast of the Netflix film

The movie, directed by Brazilian filmmaker Diego Freitas, is based on the book, “O Lado Bom De Ser Traída,” by author Sue Hecker. The book’s title translates to “The Good Side of Being Betrayed.”

The Brazilian film stars Giovanna Lancellotti in the lead role of Babi. Her cheating fiancé is Caio, played by Micael. Not only is he in trouble with Babi, he also faces trouble caught up in an “alleged money laundering scheme with a drug cartel,” per Netflix’s Tudum.

So who’s the secretive and mysterious new man in Babi’s life? That would be Leandro Lima as Marco. Bruno Montaleone as Babi’s best friend and co-worker Thiago and Camilla de Lucas as Babi’s friend Paty round out the cast.
