45 best Netflix shows coming in 2023

Lockwood & Co. is a teen series set to make its landing on Netflix on Jan. 27. If you’re into shows focused on capturing ghosts, you should definitely check out Lockwood & Co. when it comes out.

It’s based on British writer Jonathan Stroud’s book series of the same name and follows a trio of teenage ghost-hunters battling evil spirits in London, England. The scripts were written by Joe Cornish, Joy Wilkinson, Ed Hime, and Kara Smith. In addition, Cornish, William McGregor, and Catherine Morshead directed the episodes.

The main cast is made up of former Bridgerton star Ruby Stokes, Cameron Chapman, and Ali Hadji-Heshmati as the three teenage paranormal investigators. Ivanno Jeremiah, Luke Treadaway, Morven Christie, Jemma Moore, Jack Bandeira, Ben Crompton, Hayley Konadu, Rhianna Dorris, Paddy Holland, and Rico Vina are also in the cast.

Hopefully, Lockwood & Co. fares well because ghost shows seem to be hit-or-miss on the streamer. We’ll just have to wait and see.
