Is Cavendish College real or fake?

According to The Express, Cavendish College is a real college as far as the name goes. However, the location in which Sex Education season 4 is filmed isn’t where the real-life institution is actually located.

The media outlet reports that the fourth and final season was filmed in St. Fagans National History Museum Coach in Cardiff, Wales and Orchard Car Park, whereas the real Cavendish College was located in London, England before being indefinitely shut down in 1892. The institution is now known as Homerton College in the University of Cambridge.
