There is no doubt that Cobra Kai fans are flocking to movie theaters this weekend. Xolo Maridueña is the lead in the new DC movie Blue Beetle.

He takes on the role of Jaime Reyes, a college graduate who moves back to his hometown. He thinks he’s looking for a job and figuring out what to do now that he’s finished college, but something else happens to him. An alien scarab chooses him to become a symbiotic host.

This leads to Jaime getting a powerful exoskeleton armor, leading to him becoming the superhero Blue Beetle. Now he will need to do whatever it takes to protect the world from the threats that are coming after it.

Of course, while you’ll head to theaters, you’ll also want to stream this movie at home. You need to know which streaming platform it’s going to. This is where we have some bad news. It is not going to be on Netflix.

At least, it’s not going to be on Netflix right away. This is a DC movie, which means it’s a Warner Bros. movie. It’s going to head to Max as its first streaming home.

This doesn’t mean we’ll never get to watch it on Netflix. It just means that Max has the initial streaming rights. It’s sure to keep the movie for some time before switching to another streaming platform. We’ll have to keep an eye on previously released DC movies like Black Adam and Shazam!
