Here's where you can stream Barbie since it's sadly not on Netflix

The highly anticipated Barbie movie is now available to stream! But unfortunately, Netflix isn't the film's streaming home. No worries. We shared where exactly you can watch Barbie right below.

There had been a lot of buzz around this movie ever since it was first announced back in 2009. But it really became the talk of the town when Acadamy Award-nominated actress Margot Robbie joined the cast, and Greta Gerwig signed on to write and direct. Then, Golden Globe Award-winning actor Ryan Gosling and many other well-known actors joined the cast, and more and more people just couldn’t stop chatting about it. Everyone wanted to know when the live-action Barbie film would be released.

It was finally released in July 2023, and tons of people showed up at the theaters to see it. We finally got to see Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling take on the roles of Barbie and Ken in the comedy movie. The film follows Barbie and Ken as they leave Barbie Land to travel to the real world. While in the real world, they go on a self-discovery journey.

The rest of the ensemble cast includes America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Rhea Perlman, Will Ferrell, Emma Mackey, Nicola Coughlan, Simu Liu, Ncuti Gatwa, Michael Cera, and many others.

Where to watch Barbie (2023)

As we mentioned above, Barbie is not available to stream on Netflix. The fantasy comedy film can be watched on Max, formerly HBO Max. However, it's important that we mention that the only way you'll be able to watch it on this streaming platform is if you have a subscription. You also have the option to rent or buy the movie through Amazon Video, Google Play, Vudu, and the Microsoft Store.

Netflix has plenty of similar content streaming right now on its platform. We recommend checking out the comedy movies The Wrong Missy, Me Time, Don’t Look Up and The Out-Laws.
