When are new episodes of My Happy Marriage released on Netflix?

A new anime series to check out on Netflix is My Happy Marriage. It premiered on the streaming platform on July 5, with new episodes released weekly. To make sure you don’t miss any remaining episodes when they drop, we decided to share a release schedule below.

My Happy Marriage is a romance anime series directed by Takehiro Kubota from scripts written by Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi, and Momoka Toyoda. It’s based on the popular Japanese light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka.

It tells the story of Miyo Saimori, a woman born into a noble family who is known for their supernatural abilities. But Miyo is not living a good life. Since she doesn’t inherit the family’s psychic abilities, she’s deemed worthless and is forced into being a servant by her abusive stepmother.

Although she’s very unhappy with her life, Miyo keeps her head down and abides by the rules. When she finally comes of marriageable age, she’s married off to a soldier who is believed to be so cold and cruel that previous fiancées fled within three days of their engagements. This is terrible for Miyo, but she has already accepted her fate. However, once they get married, the unlikely pair begin to open up to one another and sparks start to fly.

Reina Ueda voices the protagonist, Miyo. Kaito Ishikawa, Ayane Sakura, Koutarou Nishiyama, Hiro Shimono, Houko Kuwashima, Ryohei Kimura, Toshinari Fukamachi, and Akira Ishida also voice characters in the anime series.

My Happy Marriage release schedule

A new episode of My Happy Marriage drops on Netflix every Wednesday. In addition, the anime is expected to have 12 episodes in total this season. But keep in mind that Netflix hasn’t revealed the total episode count. So there could be more or fewer episodes than what’s expected.

But if the show is really made up of 12 episodes, and a new episode is released every Wednesday, we can expect the season finale to drop on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023. However, it’s important to mention that this isn’t an official release schedule. It hasn’t been confirmed by Netflix.
