No, it does not appear that Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Lana Parrilla are dating in real life. But it does seem like the new co-stars had fun filming season 2 together. On July 6, the day of season 2 part 1’s release, Parrilla posted a photo with Garcia-Rulfo on Instagram.

In the photo’s caption, Parrilla said, ” It’s on!!! AND it’s SEXY!” Of course, that refers to Mickey and Lisa’s relationship early on in season 2. Parrilla continued the caption expressing gratitude for joining the season 2 cast: “This group was a dream to work with and I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of this family!! Thank you all for including me in SEASON 2!”

Lana Parrilla was previously married to Alfredo Di Blasio from July 2014 to 2019 when she announced that they had split. Previously, Parrilla had dated Matt Leutwyler. In August 2022, Parrilla was linked to singer Ryan Adams, which caused controversy among her fans.

For his part, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo keeps his personal life private. You won’t find much on that front on his Instagram profile.
