Netflix is adding 15 new movies and shows this week (May 14, 2023)

A new week is here and with it comes quite a few new movies and shows to Netflix. This week, the new additions include a new documentary, a new series based on a very popular Netflix romance trilogy, and a new season of a real estate reality show.

First up is Anna Nicole Smith: You Don’t Own Me. The documentary hits Netflix on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. It shows never-before-seen footage of the model and Playboy Bunny and discusses her life, her secrets, and her death at the age of 39. It’s supposed to be a more humanizing examination of the famous woman.

One of the biggest shows coming this week is XO, Kitty. The series is a spin-off of the very popular movie series To All the Boys. Now we get to see a more in-depth look at Lara Jean’s baby sister Kitty and how she is growing up and looking to find true love.

The series stars Anna Cathcart, Anthony Keyvan, Minyeong Choi, Jocelyn Shelfo, Théo Augier Bonaventure, and  John Corbett. The series comes to Netflix on Thursday, May 18.

Selling Sunset season 6 is also headed to Netflix this week. The real estate reality show is coming to the streaming service on Friday, May 19. The realtors are back and with more drama and fancy houses than ever. The amount of shade they get into 11 episodes is truly staggering.

The main realtors are back and there are a few new additions as well. The cast consists of Jason Oppenheim, Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Davina Potratz, and Chelsea Lazkani. The new agents are Bre Tiesi and
Nicole Young.

This week also brings Rhythm + Flow France season 2 on Wednesday, May 17, and Astérix & Obélix: The Middle Kingdom and Young, Famous & African season 2 on Friday, May 19.
