New episodes of Firefly Lane are finally out on Netflix! After months of anticipation, Netflix dropped the series’ final seven episodes, and in it, teen Kate (Roan Curtis) gets a new love interest in her classmate Coop, played by Khobe Clarke.

During the 1970s segment of Firefly Lane season 2 part 2, Kate catches the eye of Coop during their English class when the students are putting on a production of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Coop is your typical popular high school jock. He’s considered one of the hottest guys in school and has tons of friends, so Kate is surprised when he seems to take an interest in her rather than her best friend, Tully (Ali Skovbye).
