Do Amanda and Sinh end up together in A Tourist’s Guide to Love?

Yes. Like many other rom-coms, A Tourist’s Guide to Love ends with the two main characters together. However, Amanda and Sinh had to overcome two obstacles before officially getting together.

As Sinh shows Amanda various beautiful locales in Vietnam, they begin to grow closer and develop feelings for one another. They make their feelings known to each other when they share their first kiss at Thon Chang. But their budding romance is halted when Amanda’s ex-boyfriend shows up wanting to get back with her. To make matters worse, it’s revealed that Amanda’s job, Tourista World Travel, has officially bought Saigon Silver Star. This was a complete shock to Sinh since he had no idea that his uncle was selling the family tour company and that Amanda was involved. Now, Amanda has to decide who she wants to be with and make things right with Sinh.

After talking with John, Amanda realizes that she no longer wants to be with him and they part ways for good. Later that night, she talks to her boss Mona and suggests they let Sinh run the tour company in Vietnam since he’s the best for the job. Mona agrees, and they end their call. Then, Amanda goes to look for Sinh to apologize and express her feelings.

When she finds the rest of the tour group, she notices Sinh is nowhere to be found. She learns from Anh that Sinh is on his way to visit his dad to clear his head. Anh then offers to take Amanda to see Sinh. Amanda finds Sinh standing outside the Hanoi Opera House, waiting for the bus. She quickly crosses the street and stands in front of Sinh. She apologizes to Sinh for lying and tells him that although Tourista has bought Saigon Silver Star, he’ll still be in charge. After laughing at an inside joke, they share a passionate kiss letting us know they have officially got together.
