Perfect Match season 2 release date, cast, and everything we know so far

Perfect Match season 2 officially premieres on Netflix soon! Netflix's hottest singles are hitting the beach and villa throughout June 2024. We also know the full cast of the new season!

Netflix confirmed the release date for Perfect Match season 2 will be on June 7. Unfortunately for binge-watchers, you can't watch the full season on that date. Instead, Netflix is dropping the season in batches, just like they did for season 1, along with other reality TV shows like Love is Blind, The Circle, and more.

Perfect Match season 2 release schedule

The full second season of Perfect Match is spread over three weeks starting on June 7. We shared the release schedule along with the number of episodes coming each week.

• June 7: Episodes 1-6
• June 14: Episodes 7-9
• June 21: Episode 10 (season 2 finale)

New episodes of Perfect Match season 2 will be available to stream on Netflix at 12 a.m. PT on the schedule release date. If you don't mind staying up late, you'll definitely beat the crowds to Perfect Match season 2.

Perfect Match season 2 was officially announced on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, and it was already filmed a while ago. Unfortunately, that means that by the time Perfect Match season 2 is released, it will be pretty outdated, with the cast having moved on from whatever happened during filming by now. It's similar to what happened when season 1 finally aired. By the time it released on Netflix, stars like Francesca Farago and Georgia Hassarati had already moved on from who they were shown dating on the show.

We don't know who begins the series and who will be joining the series later, but we can't wait to see how it all goes down.

Overall, I feel good about this cast. I think there's plenty of opportunity for drama. The cast is a little bit too Too Hot to Handle heavy for me. I would have liked to see more Love is Blind cast, but that's just my preference. Izzy, Micah, and Jessica are from Love is Blind, as is Trevor Sova, who had one awful time at the Love is Blind season 6 reunion after getting exposed by his ex, who Trevor was still seeing before and after filming season 6. Yikes!

Dom Gabriel, who won Perfect Match season 1 with Georgia Hassarati, is also back for season 2! Dom and Georgia did not work out, obviously.

The cast announcement is all we have so far! We're still waiting on the trailer for the new season of the series. We should learn a little more about the new season as we get closer to the season 2 release on June 7.

Nick Lachey will return to host Perfect Match season 2

Nick Lachey, who has consistently hosted Love Is Blind across all six seasons alongside his wife Vanessa Lachey, will return as the host of Perfect Match in season 2, Netflix confirmed. Lachey also hosted the first season of the Netflix original series.
